I was incredibly frustrated with the steep narrow staircase that made accessing my room a logistical nightmare, especially while handling luggage. After check-in, it felt like a ghost town—there was hardly anyone around for assistance, which was alarming when trying to reach out for help. The room felt cramped due to the low ceiling in the attic space, which was uncomfortable for anyone tall, and I found the noise from neighboring rooms to be quite distracting throughout my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at La Paulowna Boutique Hotel! The room was modern, new, and offered a fantastic view of the vibrant Paulowna square. I also appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that I could make my own coffee or tea in the room. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants.

The new rooms offer a great view over the square and have unique touchscreen controls for lights and screens. There’s also a solid café for breakfast right on the premises.

Access to rooms is an adventure. you have to navigate steep, narrow stairs without an elevator, which could be risky if you're hauling heavy luggage. The check-in process isn’t straightforward due to random reception hours, forcing late arrivals to use a less-than-inviting back entrance. Plus, some rooms lack nice amenities like comfortable pillows and proper TV casting options.

The vibrant square location was perfect, and our spacious suite provided a cozy retreat after a day out.

Our stay at La Paulowna Boutique Hotel was absolutely delightful! The staff were friendly and offered breakfast earlier than usual, making our mornings so much easier! The room was spacious and cozy, providing the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the nearby restaurants provided excellent dining options.

The overall decor was modern and gave a vibrant atmosphere. However, accessing rooms involved steep stairs, which made navigating luggage quite challenging. Additionally, a lack of an elevator can be an inconvenience for those with larger bags, and late check-ins required reliance on a less inviting back entrance, which was a bit awkward.

Excellent hotel with comfortable beds, free wi-fi, a cozy bar, and 24-hour security. The staff helped me with technical issues on my first stay, enhancing my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its cute atmosphere!
